Very impressed! It is built with real wood and a very high quality. I was shocked. Assembly was a breeze with only 8 large pieces to put together. In this case, you get what you paid for.

Love it! Not only warms my room but the fire is mesmerizing. It was so easy to assemble, I did it by myself. The stone says faux but it looks and feels real.

Loved the style and quality of this product
This fireplace is beautiful and works really well. In fact, it almost works too well (ha, ha) as it gets the space we put it in almost too warm! It not only heats well, but it is a wonderful addition to our home décor. Delivery was easy and fast too.
Absolutely Beautiful. Looks so real and so relaxing to watch. Have it in the sitting area of my bedroom and wish there was room for one in my living room.
Not without its difficulties in putting it together--took us much longer than an hour but well worth it. Not all holes drilled precisely, and there is a line in the faux rock work that shows across the top of the firebox. One thing I could not find when reading the Q & A is the size of the firebox (which is quite realistic). The firebox is very big and perfect @ 20" tall & 33" wide. It has a nice wood frame around the firebox & the outter material is very nice looking wood veneer in a neutral maple or nutmeg colored veneer. If this works for years, we'll be quite happy with it, fits our are perfectly. Did not give it 5 stars because it didn't quite go together 100% perfectly though.
Received my fireplace a day earlier than expected. Very easy to assemble. The quality is exceptional for the price. Packaging was substantial. Nothing damaged. All parts included. It took maybe an hour for my son in law to put it together. Would highly recommend this item
