We bought this for our bedroom and it looks great!!! Perfect size the dark color is as shown. The flame looks like all of the other electric fireplaces. The remote is a plus. and the blower puts out a good amount of heat. Looking forward to using it this winter. We recommend this product.
The colors were just as described in the description! It is really unique with the faux stone. It can blend in a room, but also be a focal point. Love the fireplace!
It was great fireplace when we first got it, unfortunately, it completely died after only 1.5 yrs!
Beautiful fireplace... but came with a very noticeable crack in the top piece. Probably shipping related but still a 1 extremely frustrating!

Hate it; this crap is in a box and does not look simple for installation....a total disappointment, the site is very unclear on how orders will present.....never again will I take this chance. I'm about to send the product back; so not worth the time or effort. Peice of complete crap and waste of my valuable time & credit!!
This fireplace is attractive. It looks real. It puts out descent heat. Good value for the right price.
This fireplace looks better in person than on the website. It came in a timely manner and it not very difficult to put together. It also gives off a decent amount of heat.

Poor quality. Fire box looks completely unrealistic and the "brick" around the fireplace is cheap and has no dimension. I've seen cheap Walmart versions that look better than this.
