Perfect addition to the empty part of my room and great source of heat.
Beautiful fireplace and mantel. It's still working strong! I got several compliments from family and friends. It's still working strong after three years.
This came with all parts, and it is beautiful. It was pretty easy to put together. We did have to drill 6 holes but that is the only omission we encountered. The instructions were very clear (blown up detail, numbered or alphabetical parts to keep everything clear.) We love the logs, and the finished product is really nice.
Very nice electric fireplace - the photos online match what you are buying. Beautifully styled and puts off a nice amount of heat for my office. It's not hard to put together, just give yourself some time and be patient. I am really impressed not only by this product but also the speed in which it was delivered during a pandemic, no less! Treat yourself to this beautiful and classic fireplace that will really both warm you and add great style to a room!
Arrived very well packed. Outside of box showed some rough handling, but inside materials were unscathed. It took me 58 minutes to unbox. Sadly, there are no written assembly instructions, only cartoon drawings. Not a fan at all
This fireplace is exactly what I hoped for. When it arrived, the fireplace box looked like it had fallen off a truck and rolled a couple of times. But, thanks to the superior way it was packed, there was no damage to any components. The color is not as dark as pictured, but still beautiful. The guys that assembled it for me commented on how nice it looked and were even more impressed by the quality. I wish the logs in the firebox insert were a little longer, which would give it a more realistic look. But other than that, I'm very satisfied. Will see how it performs when the cooler weather arrives.

This fireplace looks really grand and looks beautiful in our living room. It was easy to assemble. The heater works really well and the beautiful lifelike flame is very attractive. Would recommend it.
This fire is what I really wanted it she perfect size you can use it as a night it you wish never seen one like that before so go ahead an order from Overstock you wont regret it I promise you.
