Love my fireplace I purchased we use it all the time especially during our winter months gives off great heat. Can also be used without heat
This fireplace fits in perfectly with our new rustic basement. The only complaint I have is that it sometimes flashes the temp and beeps when it's at a high temperature and the only way to fix it is to unplug and reset which works most of the time.
Was looking for an electric fireplace set that would match the rest of my existing furniture and this did just that, while making my living room a little more cozy. I wasn't sure about the faux stone at first, but it looks and feels real. Was a breeze to put together (hardest part was cleaning up the packing Styrofoam!) As others have noted, it does not have pass through holes for cables...but that's easy enough to cut through, as the backing is thin MDF, so it takes seconds. Would absolutely recommend!
This entertainment center is a lovely addition to our home. The fire place was easy to put together with step by step instructions. The dark colors with the light colored bricks accentuate the entire showpiece. I'm really happy with this purchase.

Very well packaged with a lot of Styrofoam. Assembly instructions fairly easy. Only really need is a screw driver to construct. Came in 3 heavy boxes.

Love this fireplace! I shopped around for almost a year before I bought this one. It comes in 3 boxes, and they all arrived undamaged. Very clear assembly instructions, might have taken about 2 hours to put together. The worst part was the styrofoam clean up! I would have liked the backs of the bookcase to have some perforated cord pop outs. I have my cable box on the top shelf and needed to cut out a piece to thread the cords. The fireplace is easy to operate with or without the included remote. Adjustable "flame" height and heat. Haven't used it through a winter yet, but I keep my house on the cooler side so I think this will be just the thing to add a little warmth just where I'll be sitting in the evenings
