TEJON 52 INCH ELECTRIC FIREPLACE
I absolutely love this fireplace! It's a perfect "ivory/cream" colored wood if you are questioning what "bone white" looks like. The different pictures shown on here are very misleading. Some look like an "ivory color" and others look more "gray white" in color. I have cream colored walls and an ivory shag rug in my LR and this fireplace matches perfectly with my decor. I had purchased a kitchen pantry also and it was called a "linen" and this looks just like the linen/cream color of my pantry. It's also very slim at only 9 3/4 inches from the wall. That was important to me. The narrow depth. I still do need to buy something though to adjust how much the plug is sticking out from behind it. Because I have an 3-pronged adaptor with a surge protector that the fireplace cord plugs into which makes it stick out too far for me to be able to properly place the fireplace smack dab up against my LR wall. My friend had it put together for me in less than an hour. I love the choices RF gives you with the multiple different colors of the flames to choose from & also the different height choices of the flames too. It puts off heat even without turning the actual blower on. I've not used the actual blower yet because it's not cool enough in Ohio yet to need to turn it on. It's very beautiful and very well made. I do not think the wood looks cheesy at all as I read in someone else's review. I think this fireplace is gorgeous! It looks like a beautiful real painted wood to me. It's a simple elegant design that looks absolutely gorgeous in my room. I've been searching for an electric fireplace for 2 + years now. I'm so glad that I found & finally chose this one! It was the ONLY fireplace that was in the ivory color that I wanted plus it was the only affordable electric fireplace that was the perfect width for my space being at 52 inches wide. Those were the 2 most desirable selling points for me! All others I had looked at were either not wide enough for my space or much too wide. I did buy a sound machine to use with it of a "crackling campfire." I've also purchased a fireplace screen, fireplace accessories, and a beautiful basket with birch logs to put in front of it and on each side to make it look even more like a real fireplace. My pictures do not show these accessories as they have not arrived yet. Some may think that is overkill to add all of these accessories but not to me. This is the only home that I've lived in that doesn't have a real fireplace and I so miss having one. This fireplace perfectly satisfies that desire! The only thing that I would improve on if I were REAL FLAME would be to enlarge the logs that are in the firebox. If it had larger wood logs in the firebox it would even look more real. But all in all I very satisfied with this beautiful fireplace! Thank you Real Flame!
