We purchased the Deland Grand Fireplace before moving to another state. Had it shipped to new address and it was damaged on the base. Since we had not moved, our contractor noticed it during unpacking and setting up. Called and replacement sent. We are now moved in and the fireplace fits perfectly, looks 'grand' and works beautifully. Love the look of the flame. Excellent product and service.
This is perfect product that we were looking for. The quality is very good, easy to assemble and delivered on time.
I love my new fire place. It's the perfect fit to our living area. I was hesitant about the size before I ordered but it is perfect. If you want something that looks real with out all the hassle of having to build one in this is perfect.
Very beautiful. Once, I figured out the bottom piece, the rest of the fireplace was eazy peazy. I purchased a cracking sound box to add to the effects. I love it!!!
This is a Beautiful fireplace!! Fit perfectly under my 65" tv. It was extremely simple to put together, all the parts were large pieces, one pack of screws and washers. Arrived with no damage. I would definitely recommend this one!!
Beautiful fireplace !!! It adds just the right charm. Super easy to assemble also . Having this in my living room is an absolute Game changer!!!
What a beautiful piece of furniture! This is a large fireplace, put together easy. The firebox is large, most of my guests do a "Double Take" it looks very real, even though it is electric.
I love it, it is just what is wanted.
This fireplace is everything as described and was not hard to put together. Very nice product. I would recommend if you're looking for something to spruce up your decor.
This is a beautiful fireplace. I love the textured look, with the brick around the opening. It arrived within a few days of placing the order. The instructions were easy to follow. For reference, I'm a 60 year old lady and it took me anout an hour to have it put together..
