The assembly is not as easy as other customers described. There were no holes to attach the fireflame box. You will need a tool to make holes .

GREAT ADDITION TO MY ROOM.
bought years ago for a bedroom remodel. Really upgraded the space and looks "real". Nice looking flame feature, fan feature also helps move warm air faster. Have really enjoyed and used for at least 7 years.

Arrived in a few days. Two different packages, very well priced and very nice. I love the cherry finish and the fireplace is very nice heats well.
Not only was this easy to put together but it's beautiful, it heats very well. I just add so much ambience to my room! I've had it for four years and have never had a problem or an issue. I highly recommend it
I don't even know where to start. When i received this i was super excited to out this it my living room. i'm still super excited because it is absolutely beats my expectations. I love the color of the wood and the ease of use. This definitely will make a cold winters night more comfortable and warm. it looks so natural and classy, like it was there since the house was built. it goes with my couches wonderfully, i don't have any regrets.
This white fireplace was easy to assemble with two people. It fit into an existing space in the wall and we added some molding to create a mantle. Easy to operate, we like the choice of heat or no heat
