Spare room daybed

We made this purchase for use in a spare room. The futon works well and fits perfectly on the daybed when in use as a sofa. However, the daybed frame is not suited to a futon. This particular daybed really needs more support, a bunkie board might be the solution. Though I had hoped the futon would be more firm than it turned out to be. My mistake. We are keeping the futon anyway. The futon itself is fine.

This is an average futon mattress. The cover is a cotton blend that feels scratchy and more "blend" than cotton. I've had it a few months and it is flat in the middle already, despite flipping, turning, and beating regularly.

Not a solution to the problem. I purchased this for a relative who can't tolerate synthetic materials. It came up in my search for Cotton Futon. Said it was cotton fill. Well it came with a synthetic cover so they changed the cover but still can't tolerate the mattress. Looks like we'll have to return it.

This was as pictured and described. Be warned that it is VERY firm. I am using it for a daybed that will mostly be a sofa, so it's fine for my use. I'm not sure I would love it as my regular mattress. No unpleasant odor that I have noticed. I knocked down one star due to the fact that it took longer than expected for this to ship. It appears well made, and I expect it to last a long time.

Comfortable but wrinkly

Very comfortable so far, but the cover is still full of wrinkles. It doesn't stretch out or settle out. And we've had it for a couple weeks now.

Love the futon, not pleased with customer service

I really love the futon, but I am not pleased with customer service. I ordered an 8" but received a 6". When I called customer service, I told them I was willing to keep the 6 inch, but would like a refund for the difference between the 6" and 8". Customer service said they could do that but asked that I let the futon expand for a full 48 hours. I told them that I would, however, I also let them know that it onlhy measures 6" between the seams, so the chance of it expanding to 8' was slim. They asked that I contact them after the weekend. Well it didn't expand to 8", so I did an online chat with customer service (copy of chat is available) and told them it was only 6" but was willing to accept it with a refund of the difference between the 6" and 8". They said they could not do this and that I would have to return the 6" and they would send an 8". They gave me a return authorization number and return label for shipping it back to UPS. Well, unfortunately, because I used the 6" futon, it is not returnable, but I didn't know it at the time. Also, it does not fit in the box as it originally came, so I am going to end up sending back the 8 inch I received for a replacement, keeping the 6" because I used it, and still pay for an 8" futon. Please note that I am a senior and just lugging the return futon to a UPS store is going to be problematic for me and that I will have to find someone to assist me with that now.

It has only been in use for a few days but once it had the time to expand from the packaged state it is very comfy! I am so glad I dicided to look on O.co for my new futon. I am absolutely pleased with the purchase.
