Love the lamp - Hate the GOLD FOIL INTERIOR of SHADE Who decided that a SHINY GOLD FOIL LINING to a very casual lamp shade & lamp is a good idea? So I got to go spend $*** on 2 new shades that are appropriate for this lamp.
Nearly set my house on fire. Do not purchase
It is a beautiful lamp just be aware that the shade is not sheer, it has a gold reflective lining so the light goes up and down which is very cozy but if you are looking for more light in a room it may not be the best option. Also had to tweak it a bit to get the shades to sit level and the ceramic finials are a bit wonky. Once we settled everything they looked great though!!
Looks exactly like the picture. It is quite large so make sure to measure your space.
I bought this lamp set for my daughter and son-n-laws wedding. Gave them the gift of two lamps and one got caught in the phili flood. They lost a lot in that flood they saved one of the lamps and I bought a third replacement lamp for them. Pretty lamps!
This lamp is sturdy and pretty, and slightly larger than what one would use for a bedside table lamp. It feels a bit beachy or farmhouse style, not super mid century, but that's not the intended look.
Great for the bedroom. The inside of the shade is gold so it gives off a soft light
The shade is mostly opaque and doesn't let light through. One reviewer said it gives off a yellow/golden glow when lit and that is true. The shade is lined with a reflective gold liner which causes it to have that kind of hue. I think it's relaxing for a bedroom which is where I have 2 - one on each nightstand. The quality seems to be very nice for the price. The bottom part has crazing (cracked glaze look) to make it look antique, but even if that doesn't excite you, it certainly doesn't detract from the lamp and isn't noticeable from far away. I do recommend these lamps!

This lamp is beautiful. I loved it so much I ordered another immediately. Such a nice warm light for the living room, I can't believe the difference they make in the evening. It is a good size lamp so it has a presence but it's a really beautiful piece.
