This lamp is simple beautiful, exactly what I wanted. The size and color were exactly as described. Very little to put together and it was packaged securely. Lightens up the corner of our family room.

Ordered two chinoiserie lamps for the bedroom nightstands and they look amazing. Excellent quality and I really appreciate the fact that the manufacturer included light bulbs. These lamps, including the shades are of very high quality and will complement any room.
The lamp top is connected to the base by a screw inside the top of the lamp which holds a tiny metal cup to the top that the bottom of the lamp top sits in. The lamp top is easily knocked out of this base. The base on one of our two lamps was slightly warped which means the lamp top is tilted and there is no way to fix it besides bending the shade. Overall, a bad design.
The lamp shade was a disappointment. It had a big dirty stain on it and a dark spot on it from the manufacturing process.The seam on the lamp shade is not centered from top to bottom. I was able to remove most of the stain,but not the dark spot. It helps to twist the cord on the bottom when putting the top on, otherwise it is hard to get a good connection.
