I agree with many other customers that, the doors are hard to aligned. I found that the holes that it pre-drilled makes the alignment problem. The worst is that the door far from the drawer on the low right, it creates a great gap between. But in general, the material is ok. I will say it's not for u if u r a perfectionist bc u will be frustrated to see the final product.
Just what was needed for a smallish bedroom with limited closet space. The additional piece added to the top really made it exceptional. Good quality, fairly simple assembly and instructions were easy to follow and well labeled. Great value
My hubby and I went from having separate closets to sharing one in our new place. The new closet only had one wire shelf per wall and was too small to share comfortably. This wardrobe was part of our closet makeover. The piece was a bear to put together; it took two of us half a day to build it. All the doors were difficult to align, and we had to use shimmies to square off the cabinet to keep the drawers from creeping open (I blame the home construction, not the wardrobe, for the latter issue). Between double-hanging the walls and adding this very roomy wardrobe, we now have more space than we need. The quality of the materials was surprisingly solid for the price. It definitely wouldn't compete with high-end furniture, but I didn't expect it to at this price point. However, I would repurchase it if I needed another one, but I'd pay someone to put it together for me.
This product is nothing but cardboard. If you have ever bought cheap particle board furniture you know what I mean then. Not many screws. More wooden dowels than anything. This is very wobbly and some of the cardboard ripped off from the pieces. I had to use different screws for one part just to hold it together. Not worth the price at all. Will only last like a few months if that. Do yourself a favor and try to find real wood. I tried to find an all real wood wardrobe like this but real wood is so hard to find now. I wish I could send this back but there are so many pieces that had to be together. It arrived in 3 different boxes. I wish i had the time. But beware its complete garbage.
Trash. I am pretty handy. my husband and I have renovated multiple homes. We've bultimately decks. This took me like ten hours to put together and then it snapped apart
Design and quality control are abysmal. One of the top cabinet door hinges was missing an adjustment screw, so now it leans on the door next to it, scratching the other door whenever either are opened. I tried to contact the manufacturer via the phone number in the instruction manual, but their cell phone voicemail is full. Emails are not followed up. Aside from that, the materials are cheap and dowels in place of fasteners make it nearly impossible to not break the base when moving it.
It's heavy dense fiberboard laminated in white. Good hardwares. overall steady, and good looking. It's shipped in 3 packages separately. So make sure you've received all 3 before starting your assembly.
Wardrobe at it self is very nice, heavy and sturdy. Problem is all doors have severe gaps even after adjusting them in every possible direction. The top cabinet is the worst. The two left doors leave a huge gap and the right single door wont close without rubbing against the middle door. We had an exchange wardrobe send, same issue. Again: All doors where adjusted in every possible way, but the problem could not be resolved. Only leaves a Manufacturer problem as in hinge openings drilled in wrong area!
The armoire is attractive and will function for its basic intended purpose. I know that this isn't real wood so I guess I will see how it holds up over time. I purchased this to use in a nook that fits my space beautifully, to store towels and miscellaneous linen. One thing that I didn't care for is that the item was shipped in three different deliveries, so to get started on the building of it was delayed. The company's delivery promise wasn't held up because I didn't have all the pieces of the armoire delivered together. I was expecting this to come in two large boxes, but it came in three ( each on a different day). I don't like that there is a large gap between the cabinet doors that meet, but I can live with it because overall the item is attractive and suites my needs. It was a bit complicated to assemble but I expected that given the other reviews. It was assembled by one man who is quite skilled at building things. Picture is after assembly and the item looks good, but I'm still in the midst of renovations so excuse my blue tape.
Good quality but need serious manpower to assemble I expected quality more like **** (which I had previously purchased) but this is a step above ****. Still a good value for the price, but be prepared for 5-6 hours of assembly with 3 people. I changed out the handles for higher quality ones and it changed the look.
