This piece broke after 2 months. It says 1 year manufacturer warranty but I can't find any information on how to contact the manufacturer. I've been on hold with bed bath and beyond for an hour and their chat bot just said they can't help with but they can help me create a registry
not even 3 months and one of the metal bars on the side broke.
This was very easy to put together by myself, but you do need a 2nd person to place the platform part onto the base. It is very pretty and the mattress is comes with is comfortable!!
I bought this futon to use in my husband's office because it doubles as a guest room when company comes to stay. It's very handsome as a couch and easily turns into a bed. So far everyone has said it's very comfortable. My 5'11" son said it wasn't long enough for his legs. We haven't put the drawer together yet.
The futon set was delivered in four packages which was nice to be able to carry inside, instructions were clear and all the pieces were there!
This product is of good quality. It has a solid wood frame and is very sturdy. The mattress is thick enough and comfortable. Drawers are solid. It is also very easy to assemble. I assembled it myself and just needed assistance putting the mattress in place. Would definitely recommend!
Bought this for daughter's family and they are very pleased with it. Would give 5 stars except for assembly. Every piece separate so extremely time consuming. Son-in-law loves the height of sofa and length when made into bed.
So far, this has been a great purchase. We needed a simple, comfortable futon for a guest bedroom/kid's bedroom. Opted for the storage drawers - while not fancy, the drawers are perfect for storing linens or light items. The futon mattress is good quality fabric, and it does hinge to create the seat & back. This is great for stability, but does make it so the mattress can only be set on the frame one way. It does take two people to put together the frame, just a heads up - easy assembly and easy to move once put together.
Beautiful futon & nice design for our loft. Fairly easy assembly with not too much cussing! Folds out nicely when converting to bed as well!
So far so great! Had this about 3 months now, and holding up fantastic. It's pulling double duty as my full time sofa and bed so lots of usage and back and forth conversions. I agree with other reviews, WOULD be easier to put together with 2 people, but I did it alone just fine. Just took a little longer. Color IS a little different than shown but not a huge deal breaker, still has a rustic wooden finish. Converting it back to a sofa is heavy and tricky, but once you find a trick/system it's manageable. All in all very pleased with this purchase thus far. Hope my key points help.
