A little difficult to put together but well worth it! We love it, we plan to use it as a guest bed.
Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase. The color was a little different than the picture, but still very nice. I thought it would be more brown with black, but it looks almost gray. The estimates for the assembly were very accurate at 4 hours, but it definitely takes two people. Read the instructions carefully, they are very good. The video was also somewhat helpful.

You cannot sell a product with no assembly instructions and direct the purchaser to a website for instructions which is broken - link displayed only an error message, no instructions and the site did not even list the model you purchased. I have never had a worse online purchase experience than this. In addition, the workmanship and finish of the furniture did not meet those communicated in the product images. You really have to do better than this if you want to inspire confidence in future purchaseing.
We purchased this six months ago, and are still loving it. It was not difficult to put together, but it is heavy (so helpful to have more than one person). It's solid and beautifully made.

Got this on major sale at Memorial Day. I can tell i got more value than I paid. On day 2 it's VERY comfortable. I actually feel relaxed as opposed to most modern cute couches which you can't get comfortable on. It is a two person construction job. I did it alone, and watched all of speed racer + some other shows. Four hours total. Made one mistake and it cost me another half hour. Better if you have a drill with Allen heads. So far pleased with my purchase. Will report back with any issues.

The delivery was good in a very timely manner. There were no issues with set up. However once the mattress was opened, first of all cushions do not have buttons they are ugly plastic ????? AND THIS ONE HAS A HOLE NEXT TO IT, obviously the incorrect hole was made and left there. I'm very disappointed in that I thought that the futon was going to be a good investment-
