I purchased three of these bookcases to accommodate a all my cook books and magazines. This cove in my kitchen was transformed into a culinary library. Since the bookcases have open sides, I first used bookendsto secure the books in an upright position. Then I got the bright idea to buy clear acrylic magazine holders. I've had the bookcases for about five years now and like them as much as ever. I recommend these stylish bookcases.
