Worked out in the end
Rug background is definitely cream colored. Not as light as in website photo. The size pictured is 6.6x9.6. I received rug quickly but rug was damp and had a musty odor. No mold or mildew present. Customer service was superior! I repacked rug and it was picked up by UPS in a couple of business days. A new rug was received a few days later. Unfortunately, same situation. Called customer Svs and they said I could send back within 30 days for a full refund. Instead, I placed rug outside in sun light and sprayed back (only) of rug with white vinegar. Kept outside for 2 days on each side and this remedied the situation as I've had rug inside for 2 weeks and no odor whatsoever. I suspect rug is produced in a damp environment and packed in 2 layers of plastic which doesn't allow it to breathe.
