Nice rug! Sheds a little but I think that will stop soon
This rug looks exactly like the picture as the color is extremely accurate. The height of the pile is exactly as described and the surface is extremely soft. We placed the rug in our piano room and it is a beautiful addition.
I love love love this rug!! I searched the internet for weeks looking for a new 5x8 rug to go with the update I just did on my tiny living room. I had bought a new navy blue velvet chair and new navy drapes, and I needed something that would go with that navy but not be too dark, because the room already is so small. The background of this blue Napoli rug is done in shades of medium and dark (navy) blue, and comes across like the heathery color of a pair of favorite old denim jeans. It goes with the navy chair perfectly. The floral pattern is mostly an oatmeal color, with a little taupey brown, medium blue, ivory, and grey thrown in. The hand hooking gives the rug a nubby appearance, and the texture is very attractive. It's only been on the floor for 2 days, and yes, it does shed. But I would prefer the shedding of real wool to having a synthetic rug in my floor.
The blue isn't blue at ALL. It is teal. This is so far from the color shown that it is misnamed. I have purchased so many area rugs from Overstock that I can say with confidence there is something wrong with that picture or I received a rug in a color that was not listed. My living room is in various shades of blue, this rug clashes with everything.
Colors as shown and lovely quality
I am in love with this rug, so happy I have it in my home. The colors are so nice, just as pictured. The quality is superb. And I love the extra width.
Bought two of these for my kitchen; a lot of shedding, but I love the colors and the design. Just be prepared for a lot of vacuuming.
Fantastic purchase. Heavy wool hand tufted rug. I replaced a red oriental with this rug and am thrilled I did. It unified everything in the room. Pricey but so well worth it!
This rug is absolutely gorgeous! The color is better than I could wish for, rug is very well made. I got the blue & its like a denim blue & the beige in it brings out the color of our couch which is solid beige grey Perfect!!
