Light weight, but the plates mark up and lose it's nice shiny surface easy. They no longer looks nice for entertaining. We bought two sets but wouldn't buy again.
I haven't washed these beautiful dishes yet but they are delicate looking. I like them alot already. Strikingly pure white. Just perfect.
Pretty close match with my current set of white dishes.
Nice and light, but can break easily.
What can you say about really nice classy China? I really like the look. I do not like "patterned" China- looks cluttered and takes away from the food appeal. Like I said - this is classy!
Bought two of these 16Pc Dinner Sets for my daughter as a house warming gift for her new dinette set. It looked beautiful on her table all set for Friday morning brunch with the ladies.
This does not look like the picture on overstock. I have the exact set that matches the picture, but what I received does not look like it at all.
I bought those to replace a few broken pieces, unfortunately the design has changed so they did not match. They are nice and delicate. Rather sturdy for bone china with only one chipped bowl over the years. The problem is that they were not hard enough to withstand cuts from dinner knives. After a while we started to see knife marks and pigments from pasta sauce would get stuck on the plates.
Great set of bone china love that Ive had for several years. Love that this brand offers additional pieces of different variety to grow this set.
I love the way these feel. They are light but substantial enough to feel of good quality. They heat in the microwave much better than the last set of dishes that I got. Time will tell how durable they are but so far I'm happy
