I love the way this looks and the price was right but the cushions are too thin! After 20 minutes or so your behind will get sore from the hard surface below. The color is beautiful and it was fairly easy to assemble. I want to love it but I think I will need to go buy new cushions with better quality before I do!
Very nice set for a good price. The only issue was assembly. Very difficult to assemble since many holes were not probably drilled to line up and therefore very diffuclt to attach screws.
Had this set for 1.5 yrs and both chairs broke. Used daily. Not over used but chairs do not hold up. Im 185 the biggest person to use chairs is 230. Attempted to contact manufacturers for replacement parts gir no where. Great set if you want to look at and rarely use. Not made for people over 200lbs
It came packaged carefully. Instructions and parts were very concise. Assembly took two of us about 2 hours to do all the pieces (5), and you have to be patient. Everything fits together just fine, but it is important to follow their printed advice: KEEP THE SCREWS LOOSE UNTIL COMPLETION, then tighten them all. There needs to be some "play" in getting all the single holes and smart slotted holes, which have more leeway, to align. The set perfectly matches our soft gazebo structure, and we're really pleased. The PE vinyl "rattan" is nice to the touch and isn't scratchy anywhere. I'm undecided about side tables and a coffee table, because I don't want to over-rattan the area...love the set and i hightly recommend.
We were missing a part for the couch, but as soon as we notified the seller, we got replacements put in the mail quickly! The couch is beautiful and comfortable. The foot stools are large and can be used as tables or stools. We love this new set.
I love this furniture. It's very comfortable, especially the higher backs. The cushions are durable and drain quickly when wet. It's easy to assemble. I had an issue and it was addressed promptly!
Screw holes didn't line up. Made assembly difficult. The back cushions are much thinner than expected. They are about half the thickness of what is in the picture. The set seems sturdy, but wouldn't buy again.
I have never seen a product like this. Screws holes never match. Ridiculous. I tried a lot of different ways to put the screws in but didn't work.
Love the look of this patio furniture. It took about an hour to assemble with two people.
This product is of very good quality, the color is very bright and despite being exposed to the sun every day the color has remained intact. I really recommend this set of outdoor furniture.
