Delivery and customer service experience was great. The chairs are made of quality materials and fairly easy to assemble. Ideally, two person assembly works best.
The color of the chair is actually black not light colored. There was broken rattan on the chair upon opening package. The directions are hard to read and definitely takes 2 people to put together. Cost too much for how cheap it is
nice product, the only problem is the brass screw show on the side
I've had this set for 2 years. The chairs are very comfortable and the color has not faded. The cushions are nice and thick.
Very comfortable, easy to assemble, thick cushions
I liked the final product- chairs are comfortable and I was pleased with the chair pads
I love the chairs only had them for 3 months….but I had one to break on me over the weekend. So now I only have 3. Very disappointing 😡
Love it and looks great in gazebo
This is a lovely comfortable set for the price. We love the 360 swivel and the rock. I think it is more of a glide than a rock but it is still very nice. The bottom cushion tends to slip out occasionally but it is no big deal at all. They are so comfy and have not faded after having them for almost 2 summer seasons. I plan on buying another set for our gazebo area. GREAT set for a great price. I also have the matching couch set and love it all!
We bought 2 sets with navy cushions and love the look. And we loved the price. Even at 5'8", I do still feel like I need a pillow behind me do that I'm not sitting quite as far back in chair. The screws are exposed, but we can live with that. The biggest drawback is the fact that the screws get loose so I think we will have to tighten them periodically. If we tighten them too much, the ability to swivel goes down.
