After researching and reading reviews on this Shed, we purchased it as a gift for our son's property. It arrived in 3 boxes. It is very heavy and packed very. It should really last a Lifetime.
Absolutely satisfied with this storage shed. Provides all the space that we needed for all of our lawn equipment and gardening supplies. Room for so much more.
floor is not strong enough. while installing it cracked.
Installed this shed and don't recommend using the instructions for completing the ridge section. After 3 failed attempts with screws falling out and a broken skylight section I decided to install the pieces from inside on a ladder. I worked one piece at a time from front to back without a problem.
I receive my lifetime 8ftx20ft outdoor shed 3/14/2022. I had one problem and I called customer service. the gentleman I spoke to was super nice he helped me out with my problem.
I purchased a Lifetime kayak about two years ago and have never had a problem with the quality of the product. Recently, I lost the catch cover and called Lifetime for a replacement. They looked up the model number and sent me the correct replacement at no cost! Good companies that value their customers are hard to find. THIS IS ONE! I will continue to purchase Lifetime products.
Shed is great but EXTREMELY difficult to assemble.
We bought this shed a few years ago and hit has been wonderful. Big, lots of light and strong. Even with the snow load kit, you need to clean off the roof! We did not this year and the trusses on one side bent. It did not collapse though and that says something as many sheds in our area did. There were even garages that fell in. So that fact that ours was still standing is something. We then put a tarp over it until we could get it repaired. We contacted lifetime and they quickly sent us the parts that we needed, even across the US/Canada border in the middle of the COVID crisis.
Assembly wasn't too complex, though it did seem a tad redundant and confusing with some of the diagrams and parts labeling. Overall pleased with the outcome.
Excellent storage shed. My husband and I put the shed together in one afternoon after work. The parts and very high quality and the shed is beautiful Much better than I expected
