Don't like that the roof started sinking in at interval locations. Checked the foundation with pros.,they say their are stable pieces probably missing to set roof right.
I will start with the items that I will give 2 stars on. Do not assume the instruction manual is in the 1st box. We did not realize until we were folding the boxes that there was a note that the manual was in the 2nd box. Next, shed shipped in 3 boxes and the inventory list is not in the beginning of the manual. It was located in the middle of the manual. Next, only the packages of screws, nuts and other items had an identification label. None of the panels and large hardware were labels. We had to measure each group of items to ensure we had the correct ones. It took us a day and half to put the shed together with the assistance of Lifetime assembly videos. There were a few confusing steps where we had to step away from the project for a few minutes to refocus. Now for the items I will give 4 stars. Once we completed the shed, I was and am very happy with the completed product. It has good structural support and the door latches are sturdy. I was able to add solar motion censored spot-lights over each door and solar lights inside for evening access.
Shed is sturdy, thick and well made but the instructions are absolutely terrible and 80% of the parts and bags were not labeled correctly or had missing pieces that were in under bags marked for something else. We had to use a tape measure constantly to ensure we were using the right parts. The doors are also super hard to get to closed even if your base is level. We watched the video and read through the manual but it was definitely more complicated than needed. I don't know that we would purchase this shed again, but if we did we would pay for installation.
Do not purchase this shed; for your own sanity. I use to write manuals and this had to have been written by 5 people, that did not communicate with each other! wrong size call outs are common, page 50 has the box inventory list??? there are no sizes on the pages, they are only on the first page of a project. One has to remember the codes for screws. We have been working on it for a week and can not figure out the roof. Some places call out all the parts others don't. This is a very intricate design, with many parts. There is a lot of assuming, then all of sudden (8 pages later)it shows some detail. If I didn't spend so much money on the foundation and the kit, I would set it on fire!!!
Delivered in a timely manner. Sturdy and nice sized. Plenty of room for lawnmower, Christmas things, and tools. Assembled in slightly over one day by two men.
Very sturdy. Need at least 2 people to build. Instructions could be clearer and parts could be labeled better. Some weren't labeled at all. Almost finished as you can see.
Really like this shed so far. Took two people approximately 10 hours to put together. Came in three boxes. Instructional video was very helpful, however, some pieces didn't go in quite as easily as shown. We haven't put anything in it yet but excited for All our new storage for outdoor stuff.
Quality and ease of installation was better than I expected!! Bought this for my husband's many tools and he just loves it!!! And I get to finally park my car in the garage!!!!!
Excellent quality and once constructed it looks just like a functioning tiny house. This is a great purchase! It looks stunning in the back yard. It is well-built with plenty of space within for all my needs. Initially I thought it would be too ostentatious but it turned out to me perfect for my needs. I am getting plenty of accolades from all my visitors with many asking for the place of purchase.
