Mine arrived with a small chunk out of the mantle piece. Customer service replaced the part in just a few days. Super pretty. Have used it often with no issues. Recommended.

First firebox died the first day. Turned it on and then it shut off immediately and would not come back on. I called Overstock who promised a replacement unit. The manufacturer called me from Texas two days later. Sent me a new one quickly with no hassles. Excellent customer service! The new unit works great! The fire is very realistic and it puts out a lot of heat. Fan is quiet. The mantle and faux stone look amazing. The grey is a bit grey green as others have said, but it's really pretty. I'm 100% in love with this fireplace. It's the perfect focal point for my new den. I complete the ambience with an app on my phone that has fire sounds. Highly recommend this if you want to easily and economically add a fireplace to any room in your house. I'd love one in our bedroom!
Love this fireplace. It was easy to put together (once I found the directions) and it suits the room perfectly. Elegant and classic design, plus it puts out steady heat. I'm sure we'll love it for years, and if we ever move, we'll take it with us!
Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this fireplace! It definitely pulls more green-grey like the reviews say but that worked for our space. We love it and are very happy with this purchase!

Easy to put together. Beautiful as it matches my cabinets in my kitchen, a grey green. And the stone front was real or looked real. I got the brick inside firebox that I think makes it look more dimensional. A neighbor loved it so much, she wants one! Highly recommend!
Fireplace is perfect for modern farmhouse design and the color is a perfect blend of gray/green that works with both warm and cool tone decor. Love the stacked stone veneer
