Tabriz weavers are known for creating tight densely-knotted rugs with elaborate floral patterns. Designs including a variation of flowers, arabesques, lush vinery as well as the precise allover "Herati" patterns. Hadji Jalili is a well-known family of weavers in Tabriz that created nurmours masterpieces, including this rug. The neutral color scheme seamlessly fits into any classic decor, and the material is free of latex to guard against allergic reactions.

The majority of the weavers are women, who live in the villages of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran and India. As we grow with Worldstock, we are able to create more jobs for female weavers who otherwise would not have the opportunity to do so. The community also thrives from rug weaving as the local farmers benefit from wool sales, and the local artisans create natural and vegetable dyes for the weavers to use in their designs.  What is Worldstock?  The handcrafted touch of artisan skill creates variations in color, size and design.
