That I have a open case on this issue

Quality is good, however the chair back cushions are too large for the khaki opening. The cushions measure 21/21 inches and the khaki opening measures 19/19 inches. I've been dealing with Customer Service for 2 days about this. So far no success. If you could look into this would be greatly appreciated. The low quality rate is due to the wrong size cushions!!!
