Not what is pictured

I ordered these thinking they were a good deal. I ordered navy blue. In the pictures of this product they show it as all one piece, in the description they show chair ties, a zipper to take cover off and water resistant material. What I got was the complete opposite they are definitely not navy blue, each cushion is in three separate pieces, there are no chair ties, no zippers and the material does not look water resistant looks very thin.
