Doesn't provid the neck support as suggested

Bought this with high hopes to ease my neck pain.... it doesn't quite work the way intended. Pillow is too flat and it doesn't really give enough support for the neck (maybe I have super long neck?). Still searching for my unicorn but if you're looking for something for specific neck pain, you may want to keep looking.

These pillows are a nice compact size, but the memory foam is not dense enough to retain a "memory". Because I used them, I won't return them, but they are not the quality I expected.

The quality is good and it does stay cool. I love the pillow but it is too flat. If you like a flat pillow, this would be perfect. I wake up with a stiff neck, so this pillow isn't for me.

Both of the pillows didn't reach my expectations due to the pillows not having enough foam,the foam was then causing my head to sink in and putting me in a uncomfortable positions,nor were they firm,we were trying to order the same pillow we've had before and in which this pillow wasn't it.We thought this was a previous pillow we've had before because of the look we thought this was it but sadly it wasn't and we didn't know how to return the pillow.
