I think this is one of the best written books of this type that I have read. The concepts all make sense, and they are clearly laid out in a scientific (but not boring) way. I have not lost any weight from reading this book, but I think the concepts are harder to implement that they seem like they would be. Our crazy American lifestyles lend themselves to violating every rule in this book. However, I have started trying to make better quality food choices and the other concepts are in the back of my head and I hope to truly try everything out to see if it actually works.
