The bed not only took a while to ship, but since it ships in two packages only one of them arrived. I called overstock and the only good thing was that the representative was very nice and helpful. It appears that ups lost the headboard. This isn't overstock's fault, however I feel I should have been notified. The product is out of stock (I ordered it in white) and overstock has no idea when or if it will be in stock again. I am very disappointed because no matter what I do it will take at least a week or two for me to receive a whole bed.
