Let me start off by saying I'm a Mechanical Engineer and that I believe that I can pass fair judgement on product designs. The packaging was nice that it came in. The faucet was contained in a white draw string sack with the Ruvati name on it. Nice touch. The finish was good, say about 99%, a small nick at a location nobody would ever notice (if you really want to be picky). Instructions were OK, could have been a little better (illustrations could have been clearer). The bad: I seemed to have been missing a couple of gaskets so I picked up a kit at a local store (assorted repair washers). That wasn't too bad. In terms of installation the lengths of the hot and cold pipes coming out of the bottom of the faucet could be staggered a bit more for easier connection. The good: All the other parts went together with no issues and the functionality/feel of the faucet is good.
