The chairs are great looking. The directions consist of five two word phrases finishing with "Then success." Optimistic. The problem is you need to drill holes to assemble (without some predrilled holes). The screws don't go in straight and it took over 2 1/2 hours to put together two chairs after getting a cordless drill, using some ingenuity to figure out how to mark through small holes where to drill, and then assembling, tightening, etc. They look great. The chairs do slip on non carpet floors due to the knobs on the end. Ps, I'm very handy and these were a pain to put together. But they look great. I can't decide if they are worth the effort.
