I purchased this frame for a project I wanted to use in my daughter's room. After scouring the internet for what I was looking for, I finally setlled on this one and thought it would look nice in my daughter's white furniture room. I wanted to put a 12x12 scrapbook page and let her use it as a sort of dry erase board with a fun background that she could change if she wanted to. When the package came we were both so excited, opened it up, still excited, punctured through the plastic wrap to get to the frame, only to find it is literally JUST A FRAME with no glass. What in the world? Who sells a frame WITHOUT clear glass/plastic to cover the contents you are framing? I was HIGHLY disappointed. I have gone back and looked and while it didn't mention anything about HAVING glass..... it most certainly didn't mention NOT having any. Buyer beware. Other than the missing glass the frame itself seems sturdy and would have been beautiful if only it had the glass to go in it. Now I just have a random frame with nothing to put in it and no use for it. Very very VERY disappointed.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? The antique white looks more like an unfinished light light wood color... more yellowy than I had thought it would be but still pretty.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? I guess I assumed that the frame would come with glass because what picture frame doesn't???
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Wood of frame is fine quality-but again... where is the glass/plastic covering???
