Well I have smoked chicken and ribs on this smoker. Heating to 200 degrees is a stretch even in sunny 90 degree weather. With the chicken I used tin foil pans that made clean up a breeze. After reading about the smoker they said this cuts down on the smoker's temperature so with the ribs I justed used the racks. What a mess clean up took forever (and still isn't finished). The food tasted great but it did with my older smoker too.
