Good Cold Smoker

Great quality and amounts of smoke produced. Just very under powered so don't think about using the heating features under 40 degrees - it will take 5-6 hrs for two chickens. I could't get the temp to rise about 175 in 40 degree weather. Would be great for cold smoking or to finish on a gas grill for most meats.
