Hugo's tape is marketed to one audience, but fits many others. They sell it as a useful tool for for people who sew, for keeping thread on the spool when not in use. Think of it as a wide, clear rubber band. Almost everywhere you could use a rubber band, Hugo's tape works better. It stretches and sticks to itself, but it's not sticky. Nor does it "age" and dry out like rubber bands. Nor does it cut into the surface of the things it holds together, which you can see on card decks after some time in the drawer while banded together. I use it in my board game collection. I can't "bag" my game parts to organize them, because where I live it's too humid. Far better to wrap decks with a strip Hugo's reusable tape. Hugo's is excellent.
