I wanted to get this coffee table to use as a Thai dining table for our dining room but I didn't really look at the measurements. It is smaller than I thought so I'm using it in the living room as it goes with my modern style couch. However the quality isn't what I hoped. Yes the price should have been reflective of that it's particle board and not solid wood. The middle part that is Walnut is just laminate. It was a pain in the ass to assemble. I had to make several attempts to get everything all flush. Some holes the pieces fit better than others so turning it to try it in different ones until it finally was flush was a task. I needed a phillips screw driver and power drill in the end to get the legs on and everything nice and tight. It will work fine....a little low but the table fits nicely in a little living room. I'm happy with it; just not over thrilled. I got what I paid for....nothing more.
