This is more of a review for Paradigm (the manufacturer) than anything. I ordered this treadmill from Overstock. I was hesitant to order something like this online but the warranty is what made me pull the trigger and do it. I received it in a week. I had a big strong friend to help me move this package into my home and he ended up having it unboxed and put together in less than 15 minutes. Very simple to set up, I just didn't have the physical strength myself. Turned the treadmill on and in exactly 15 seconds, I received an E2 error (which is a speed sensor error) and the motor shut itself off. I read the manual to see if this was something I could fix myself. I took the motor cover off to see if the speed sensor was loose. Everything looked fine. I called Paradigm that same day and explained my situation. The gentleman said he would send me a new sensor. Now I have to wait another week to try out my new treadmill. I received my sensor. Very easy to replace. I turned the treamill on, and, once again in exactly 15 seconds I received an E2 error. Again I called Paradigm. The gentleman said something must be wrong with the treadmill itself. He apologized and said that I could return the product to Overstock. I asked him about replacing the treadmill under the warranty. He said yes, I could do that. He would process the order for the replacement treadmill and once I received it, I was to pack up the old treadmill, affix the return label he would provide, call Fed-Ex ground to schedule a pickup and the return shipping would be on them. I was thankful for the warranty but hated the hassle of having to pack everything back up. My big strong friend came back to my rescue. It was two weeks from the time I requested a new treadmill until I received it. Brought the new one home, set it up, turned it on and held my breath. After 15 seconds it was still working! Yea! I love the treadmill itself, especially the controls on the handles. It is fairly quiet for this type of equipment and is not as big and bulky as most. I'm 5'3" and the belt width and length are perfect for me. I have shorter arms and the handle height is perfect as well. Easy to hold onto the handles if needed. It did take several tries to finally get someone at Paradigm, but once I did they were easy to work with. Like I said, if you get a treadmill that works from the beginning, I think you'll be pleased.
