I have been buying duvets for 25+ years and you name it, I have tried it. Here is what I really like about this duvet. 1) Buttons are used on inside so are unseen and there is about 8" of sewn seam so it has a nice finish at the bottom, 2) Light and easy to put on, 3) No wrinkles - ever. I used to buy extremely high thread-count, heavy duvets and here is the problem, it is exhausting to take them on and off. We also have a king sized bed so pressing them *yes I like ironed sheets* takes HOURS and is a total pain. If you don't press them, they are wrinkled. In a perfect world I would live at the Ritz, but since I don't, I will take a non-wrinkle, light duvet. It is great that it was inexpensive. The pattern is fine. I don't hate it. It looks fresh. I am pleased. Now that I think about it, I may buy another in a different color.
