Bought one failed out of warranty bought another refurb from Canon loyalty failed out of box now have two units neither works properly. Expensive ink over for 5 . Canon service sent over 30 emails canned answers trouble shooting over and over again. When it worked the printer was slow print quality good way to much troubleshooting no customer support they don't read your emails only want you to spend time troubleshooting. Unit failed out of box won't refund or replace. Last printer I had lasted 10 years these Canon very short life.
