COCKY-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE. I ordered a queen sized mattress, then DHL delayed/had problems with the shipping and it got delayed by a week. In the meantime we decided we'd rather go with a king size mattress. Customer service was unwilling to work with us at all. I pointed out that the returns page says it will take back unopened mattresses. They then pointed out fine print that there are no returns on mattresses. The two statement completely contradict each other and give the buyer a false sense of security when buying a costly item. I felt similar to a switch a bait scam recipient.
