bought 4 shades, they arrived in two boxes.. opened one box, installation was simple since we already had the same brackets on the windows from previous shades that were similar (hence new replacements) the cords were confusing, one to pull up the shade another to pull up the sheer shade in the back. between the two shades attached to the cords there are plastic hoops that can be inserted or pulled out to pull up the sheer shade?? so confusing... the plastic hoops keep coming out of the holders, so the shades dont go up and down evenly. after one installation & a lot of confusion, we deceided these were not going to work out for us, so I looked into the return policy.. EEKKK,.. to pay to return the two boxes is close to $**, and the return policy states something along the lines that once a product is returned & opened it has to be reviewed and a partical refund will be issued... now i am stuck with: keep the blinds that are horrible or take a loss of close to $** after shipping & getting a particial refund for one shade.. from now on, I have learned to read the return policy from on-line purchases... it can be too costly!
