Story Behind the Art:
These ornaments are made by single mothers in a rural Colombian town where there are limited opportunities for employment. Children from this community are often forced to beg for food and can become vulnerable to the drug trafficking industry. Your purchase allows these women to care for and serve as role models for their children.
