*NOTICE: Bathtubs ordered with brushed nickel, matte black, or shiny white trim colors will also receive polished chrome trim pre-installed at no additional charge. When you receive your tub, the chrome will already be installed and your ordered trim kit will be within a small box within the bathtub. The process to swap them out is simple, easy, and explained in our bathtub installation guide.

Wyndham Collection feels strongly that the products you purchase should be free of defects and built to last. We offer an industry-leading full Two Year Limited Warranty (twice the industry standard). It fully covers manufacturer defects such as peeling paint, broken or malfunctioning components, cracks, discoloration and dents. Should there be a need to make a claim within your retailer's warranty period, please do so through them. 30 Days to Initiate a Return
You can initiate a return for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.

We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery.
Errors & Defects

Mattress Returns (Standard)
Unless otherwise specified, mattresses and mattress sets are not returnable unless defective or damaged. Please notify us of any damage/defects immediately upon receiving.
