As early as the 16th century, English woodworkers began fashioning chair spindles in the same way they made wheel spokes, a design that became known as the Windsor Chair. This Winsome 2-piece set echoes that tradition. The 6-spindle arched back and the wide contoured seat offer the kind of support you want when lingering over dinner. The chairs are made of solid wood in a white and natural finish that will bring out the charm of a farmhouse kitchen or sparkle in a more contemporary setting.
