- Heavy-Duty Support: The canopy features robust brackets made from CNC-machined engineering aluminum with hardness processing and oxidation treatment. This rust-proof material provides strong, durable support to withstand heavy snow and strong winds.
- Thermal Resistance: The baffle works effectively in extreme temperatures from -40°F to 248°F, ensuring year-round reliability regardless of weather conditions.
- Secure Installation: Each bracket is mounted on the wall using three pieces of 304 stainless steel compared to the common two-piece bolt installation. This design offers superior stability under heavy snow loads and prevents the bolts from being pulled out over time. All screws are INTERTEK tested to remain rust-free for at least ten years.
- UPF Protection: Featuring a polyester curtain with PU coating included as standard equipment, it protects against sun, dust, wind, and raindrops while providing UPF50+ UV protection. The curtain is optional for customer preference.
- Free Weatherproof Gift: Comes with weatherproof sealant tape as a free gift to seal any gaps between the rear beam and wall, enhancing overall water resistance and durability.
