Constructed with 2 in. x 3 in. 12-gauge, solid Steel for a strong and sturdy frame. 2-inch-thick, high-density, dual-layered, Vinyl padding can withstand intense stress and pressure during exercise. Bench pad measures 43 in. long, 10 in. wide and 16.5 in. off the ground. Bench pad is placed 16.5 in. above the ground so that the user’s feet can be placed firmly on the ground while exercising. The DA-3 Bench is uniquely designed to have a continuous frame to add stability and increased allowance on max weight load allowing up to 550 lbs. (including the users weight) to prevent tipping or shifting during exercise. Includes an arched base to allow feet to be placed on a raised support if needed.
