We recommend using zip-ties, hooks, or 16-gauge wire available at home improvement or hardware stores.  Because LED bulbs use so little wattage, you can connect up to 40 strands end to end (maximum cord wattage is 1,400 watts).  If you are connecting more than 3 strings together, be sure to NEVER replace the included LED bulbs with incandescent.  To keep multiple strands together across a long distance, secure the plug connections with electrical tape.
