Foundation vs Box spring
This is a common question, but they are the same thing. They serve the same purpose as a traditional box spring - supports the mattress to prevent sagging. Foundations used to be built with springs - hence the traditional name 'box spring'.

Mattress Returns (Standard)
Unless otherwise specified, mattresses and mattress sets are not returnable unless defective or damaged. Please notify us of any damage/defects immediately upon receiving.
