These certified child-safe blinds provide hassle-free operation with a lift-or-pull-down design, while the white finish offers a sleek modern look. Install them inside or outside the window frame as per your requirement. Mounting hardware is included for easy installation and safety. The width of the shipped blinds will be ½" shorter than width ordered to account for deduction of end caps and mounting hardware. If exact size is needed, order the width ½" wider. Example: if 23" width is ordered, a 22.5" width will be shipped.
