These round baskets are handmade from thick white cotton ropes covered in clear and dark gray/brown mesh, then intricately woven into a diagonal weave pattern, creating a gray/white and brown/grey chevron design block on one side of the body, a solid white block of color on the opposite side, and a striped pattern around the rim. The checkered, chevron pattern on these cotton baskets look white and gray and brown and gray from afar, but up close you can see the soft gray/brown hue is achieved through very fine textured dark gray mesh over the white cotton. The ropes interlock into layers of smooth checkered knots throughout the baskets' amphora-shaped bodies with no handles, creating a pot silhouette. The soft curves and gray and white and brown and gray tones perfectly suit any eclectic-styled or vintage decor space that likes the look of chevron patterns and color blocks. This item comes shipped in one carton.
