Care Instructions:
- Vacuum regularly (without a beater bar) to reduce shedding

- Clean small spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid getting any liquid on the rug.
- We recommend professional cleaning for deep cleaning.
- Note: Shedding of loose fibers is normal with new rugs. Shedding will diminish with regular vacuuming, typically within three to six months. Handmade rugs may have a slight color variation due to their consistency and shine.

We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery.
Errors & Defects
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Mattress Returns (Standard)
Unless otherwise specified, mattresses and mattress sets are not returnable unless defective or damaged. Please notify us of any damage/defects immediately upon receiving.
